About the Staff
Celia
Batlan is an associate attorney
and graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 2008.
During her time in law school, Celia was a recipient of the Civil
Rights Award and a finalist in the First Year Appellate Argument
Competition. She worked for
her mother (Kathy) throughout law school has joined her in a practice
that focuses primarily on estate planning.
Celia is admitted to practice law in the State of Oregon and is a
current member of the Marion County Bar Association; Estate Planning and
Administration Section of the Oregon State Bar; and member of
WealthCounsel,
www.wealthcounsel.com.
Aimi
E. Vansyckle
acts as Kathy's legal assistant, handling all aspects of her
legal practice. She specializes in funding work required for the
formation of living trusts. Further, Aimi is a certified Notary
Public and acts in that capacity on a regular basis during the course of
the estate planning process. Aimi has worked for Kathy for over
four years
and has three young children with her husband Shawn.
Darci
Palmer
She
is the first voice that you hear when you call.
Darci handles Kathy’s calendar and fills in for Aimi when she is
unavailable. Darci is also a
Notary Public. She has worked for
Kathy for over two years.
